Our mini sessions last about 2 hours and our custom sessions are up to 5 hours
Keeping the schedule humming along allows us to provide you and all of our clients with top-notch service. If you need to reschedule due to illness or an emergency, we understand life happens. Because we reserve your date and professional hair makeup artistry just for you, your session fee is non-refundable but will carry over to your rescheduled session. Please note: we are often booked two months out (including sessions and styling appointments).
We will go over EVERYTHING at your styling consultation. We have an extensive wardrobe collection at the studio so whether you bring your own, dip into ours, or both, we got you covered.
We are here to help you select the best images that will serve you. And it’s easier than you think to choose. We’ll hold your hand each step of the way! However, we do not keep non-purchased images after your session. Rest assured we’ll help you get what you need and help you select your absolute favorites!
Many clients worry they won't like their makeup, but our beauty team is the BEST and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to choosing the perfect color for you! You will leave never wanting to take your makeup off. You'll be blown away!
Will my images be used elsewhere?
Upon payment, clients agree The BeVard Studio and its successors and signees have the right to photograph the work area before, during, and after the proposed work. All photographic documentation and images become the property of The BeVard Studio which may be used for marketing or website distribution. When it comes to BOUDOIR, we will never post a photograph you're not comfortable with
We value punctuality and respect both your time as well as our other clients and team. Therefore, if you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 30 minutes to a session may result in a forfeited session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but consistent communication ensures that we can provide the best possible experience for all our clients. Rescheduling fees may apply.
I am a firm believer in living in the moment. Besides, I am good for 20 pounds… 10 in posing and 10 in Photoshop. With the right direction, we’ll capture you at your absolute best. And remember, no one has ever looked at a gorgeous portrait and said “Gosh she’s beautiful but she should have lost weight first.”
Your photographs will be ready for pickup within 30 days depending on your package.
